حق الرد و التصحيح و أثره على الممارسة الإعلامية في ظل التحول الديمقراطي.

الملخص

Abstract This article aims at developing the legal framework for the press without limiting the freedom its practice in order to preserve the rights of individuals and society. The goal is to achieve the balance between the rights of the press and others without limitation or to launch a right over an other through the mechanism of the right of reply and correction. Also we tackle the impact and implications of the right of reply and correction on practice and the ability of the latter to contribute to the democratization of the States easily through a discourse of a balanced media. يهدف هذا المقال إلى تطوير الإطار القانوني للعمل الصحفي دون الحد من حرية الممارسة الإعلامية بغرض حفظ حقوق الأفراد والمجتمع جراء هذه الحرية. ذلك أن الهدف المنوط هو الموازنة بين حقوق الصحفي و الغير موازنة دون قيد أو إطلاق لأحد الحقوق على الآخر من خلال آلية حق الرد و التصحيح. كما نبحث عن أثر و تداعيات حق الرد و التصحيح على الممارسة الإعلامية و قدرة هذه الأخيرة على الإسهام في سيرورة التحول الديمقراطي للدول بيسر من خلال خطاب إعلامي متزن.
